Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. We currently ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only.
How much is shipping?
Orders under $499.99 ship for a $39 flat fee. Orders $500.00+ ship free. The final shipping cost at checkout is authoritative.
How long will my order take?
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Transit is usually 3–5 business days depending on destination and carrier. Peak periods, weather, and remote areas may add time.
Can you deliver to my room and assemble the furniture?
Standard deliveries are curbside or to the first dry area. If you need room-of-choice or assembly, please contact us before ordering; availability and pricing may vary by location.
What is your return window?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in as-new condition and, when possible, in original packaging. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you’re returning due to preference, the customer typically pays return shipping. For damaged/defective/wrong items, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping or offer a suitable remedy. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
